At the Beginner maturity level the organisation is at the very start of their journey to becoming people-centric. These organisations are expected to make significant progress very quickly as they begin implementing both tactical and strategic people-centric improvements
At the Aspiring maturity level the organisation has started their journey to becoming a people-centric organisation. These companies are expected to continue making significant progress quickly as the continue implementing both tactical and strategic people-centric improvements
At the Progressive maturity level the organisation is well underway in becoming a truly people-centric organisation. These companies are expected to focus on making tactical and strategic improvements in specific areas of opportunity across the 43 assessment points, throughout the 5 pillars of maturity.
At the Strategic maturity level the organisation has truly established a people-centric approach, both internally and externally. For these organisations there will a small number of improvement areas that they can focus on to reach the Transformative level of maturity, something they should be striving for
At the Transformative maturity level the organisation is a true industry leader in both establishing and fulfilling a true people-centric approach to everything they do. These organisations are pioneers, excelling over their competition due to how they truly value and respect all people, both within their organisation and outside - their customers and potential customers
