How will we help you improve your employee wellbeing?

If your primary focus is assessing and improving your employee wellbeing, let us explain how we will work with you.

Firstly, Employee Wellbeing is one of the 5 pillars of the Become People-Centric Maturity Model.

Secondly, if you are not ready for a full business audit across all 5 pillars of the Maturity Model, we can work with you specifically on the mental and physical wellbeing of your employees.

  • All employees encouraged to take part

  • 20+ question survey based upon the 17 assessment points within the Employee Wellbeing Maturity Model pillar

  • Approximate 10 minute duration to complete

  • 1-1 research conducted by Paul and Joseph

  • 30 minute typical duration

  • 1-1 research conducted in-person & remotely

  • People from different departments invited to take part

  • To include people at different levels of seniority, including the CEO

  • People encouraged to provide open, honest feedback

  • In-depth qualitative feedback will be shared anonymously in the final Employee Wellbeing report

  • Paul and Joseph then evaluate and analyse all the employee insights gained in steps 1-2, to then allow them to:

    • Assign the appropriate current maturity level (Beginner to Transformative) for each of 17 assessment points

    • Establish the maturity level for the Employee Wellbeing pillar

    • Produce the Employee Wellbeing Assessment Report (50+ pages)

    • Establish prioritized recommendations for the following 12 months following your 1st Employee Wellbeing Assessment

  • Paul and Joseph then deliver a 1 day in-house workshop, with employees from across the organisation, representing different levels of seniority

  • During the workshop the 1st organisational goals will be set for the following 12 months

  • A series of short term, quick win goals will also be set, to immediately begin improving maturity levels across some of the 17 assessment points within the Employee Wellbeing pillar

What happens after your Employee Wellbeing Assessment?

  • Paul and Joseph will be available to plan and provide consultancy and deliver follow-on workshops to help bring positive changes to the culture of your organisation, improving the mental and physical wellbeing of your employees

  • The Employee Wellbeing Assessment should be re-run every 3 or 6 months to provide tangible insights on day-to-day improvements being made.

What if you are an international or worldwide organisation?

  • The Employee Wellbeing Assessment can be rolled out across your organisation, region by region, country by country

  • This will allow for regional benchmarking to begin

  • Through this centres of excellence will be identified

  • Best in class case studies from within certain regions will be identified for roll-out to other regions

  • All this will enhance unity across the organisation whilst improving the mental and physical wellbeing of your employees
