How will we audit your business for people-centricity?
We will use our most wide-reaching, culture-improving service, our Maturity Audit.
This is a business audit unlike you will have invested in before.
This is where we begin working with you and your organisation on the path towards truly transformative people-centricity.
This is where you find out your current and potential maturity level.
This is how we begin.
Initial Discovery & Scoping
Before the Maturity Audit begins, initial discovery & scoping with you will be carried out.
We will work with you to establish the scale and scope of your organisation’s 1st Maturity Audit, particularly important for larger organisations with offices in multiple locations and potentially countries.
A key area for scoping out is establishing how many employees from across your workforce will initially take part in 1-1 research with Paul and Joseph.
Following the initial discovery and scoping, the level of investment will be established and agreed upon, ready to begin your organisation’s 1st People-Centricity Maturity Audit.
The Maturity Audit

During the workshop the 1st organisational goals will be set for the following 12 months
A series of short term, quick win goals will also be set, to immediately begin improving maturity levels across some of the 43 assessment points
What happens after your People-Centricity Maturity Audit?
Paul and Joseph will be available to plan and provide consultancy and deliver follow-on workshops to inspire employees and be the catalyst for change for specific assessment areas across the 5 pillars
The Employee Wellbeing survey should be re-run every 3 or 6 months to provide tangible insights on day-to-day improvements being made.
The Maturity Audit should be carried out annually to ensure people-centricity is being embedded within the organisation.
What if you are an international or worldwide organisation?
The People-Centricity Maturity Audit can be rolled out across your organisation, region by region, country by country
This will allow for regional benchmarking to begin
Through this centres of excellence will be identified
Best in class case studies from within certain regions will be identified for roll-out to other regions
All this will enhance unity across the organisation whilst improving the mental and physical wellbeing of your employees
